PRIVATE PILATES, MOBILITY + STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS
This 50 minute session will take you through a customized routine of exercises specifically for your needs and utilizing body weigtht, TRX, Magic Circle, weights and various other props. We work together to help build your independent practice as well as continuing to design workouts to suit your unique body and to challenge you appropriately, both mentally and physically.
PRE+POSTNATAL PELVIC HEALTH & SMART EXERCISE
During these sessions we address the body changes women experience during this beautiful time. We employ exercises to balance the body in this unique stage of life, so we can be strong, confident and capable. We find and practice good posture and breathing mechanics. We work to stabilize the areas that need stability, mobilize the areas that need mobility and strengthen the areas that need strengthening in a safe way. All bodies are different, so we customized the exercises specifically for your needs and utilizing equipment/apparatus as appropriate.
In a semi-private session, two or three clients work together with Jessica. Semi-privates continue to allow for customization for the workouts and individual attention while providing an opportunity to workout with a spouse, friend, family member, colleague or Jessica will pair you with someone.

What is your pelvic floor and how do you access it? Do you experience pelvic pain, prolapsed organs, leaking when laughing, running, jumping or sneezing? Maybe you have no children or are a teen and experiencing these symptoms. Or perhaps you’ve had a recent pregnancy or abdominal separation, or are just curious about this part of the body. Please join us as we learn about and explore proper engagement of the pelvic floor on your back, standing, sitting, and moving. Jessica is excited to share the knowledge and practice she has compiled from innovative pelvic health courses, personal experience, and training over the years.You’ll learn…– Where the pelvic floor is located – we will have an actual pelvis model to look at and examine– Tools to help get closer to our ideal alignment– Diaphragmatic breathing and pressure management– How to move the pelvic floor as a coordinated system within your body– Pelvic floor function during abdominal work, movement, and exercise– Assessment and tools for diastasis rectus abdominis– Exercise progressions for future practicePlease join this discussion and movement practice.
