Jessica helps active moms heal their diastasis so they can get back to doing the active things they love. Movement and strength are Jessica’s passions! She has always enjoyed athletic activities and quickly discovered the benefits of pilates, mobility, and strength training in maintaining her active lifestyle. Jessica enjoys helping clients build core strength, improve balance, posture and stability, increase range of motion, alleviate pain, and enhance mental awareness.

She is dedicated to help moms heal their bodies and get back to the life they deserve.

Jessica is a mother of two small children. During and after both pregnancies, she studied and practiced pilates, strength training, and other forms of exercise, to support her body and restore it postpartum.  Jessica has become obsessed with the pelvis and has a focus on pre+postnatal women and pelvic health. Jessica works with women of all ages on their journey back to pelvic health as it relates to movement tasks, pilates, and fitness. She collaborates with pelvic health physical therapists and other wellness professionals to create a balanced approach to support women as they improve their health, function, and enjoy being their best selves. Jessica also enjoys working with male clients and couples on their varying movement, fitness and strength goals.

She continues to obtain knowledge through innovative health courses with physical therapists specializing in women’s pelvic health, as well as, ergonomics and biomechanics specialists and other practitioners specializing in pelvic wellness. Jessica is committed to sharing this knowledge with other moms or soon-to-be moms. Jessica continues her pelvic floor training to stay current and up-to-date with the latest research and developments.
