Strength + Core is a fun combination small group training session, including mobility, core, and strength training. We will work the entire body safely and effectively. The priority will be glutes, core, and upper back, but the whole body will gain strength. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. There will be plenty of variations for all to feel challenged and increase stability and strength. We will cover proper biomechanics and follow a unique program that is effective for everyone!

We will use any props you have, including bands, hand-weights, body-weight, and everyday household items (such as a countertop, stool, or sofa) to build strength and muscle.
